Yesterday, we reported that at Sunday's Reading Festival, Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl implied the band's epic set at the famed event would be their last for "a while"…

Which, to Dave, only means a few weeks!

Apparently, the seminal rock group are playing the Rock the Vote music event which is held alongside the Democratic National Convention in North Carolina this Sept 5th, AND Atlanta's Midtown Music Festival on September 21, AND the DeLuna Fest in Pensacola Beach, Florida on September 22 AND the Global Festival in Central Park in New York on September 29!!

HA!!!

Ok, so maybe Dave had momentarily forgotten about his future concert commitments? Or perhaps when he spoke this past weekend he really meant it would be the Foo's last show in ENGLAND for a while?!

Either way, we're glad to hear the Foo Fighters haven't packed their various instruments away just yet!
